Biomarker Percentiles

The response object returns 3 arrays that contain the following data:

1. obs_code - the codes associated with each of the predictors used in scoring. Details of these can be found on the Biomarkers page.
2. predictor_code- the internal predictor code used by the algorithm.
3. percentile - a value between 1 and 100 indicating the percentile the biomarker is in.
