Retrieve the complete extraction results for a completed job.
Availability: Only available when job status is completed.
Response: Same structure as webhook payload - includes full lab results
with LOINC codes and UCUM units for all biomarkers.
Use Case: Retrieve results if webhook delivery failed or for apps that
prefer API polling over webhooks.
