Improvements to the scoring model.
Model & Scoring Updates
- More Accurate Scoring - Several model preprocessing changes have resulted in more accurate scores. We have changed the population we are comparing scores against to exclude very unhealthy people to have the average represent the population better. As a result, scores may go down slightly.
- New Disease Attribution Insights - Added age attributions to better reflect how age impacts disease risk.
- Enhanced Inflammation Scoring - Inflammation now has more model features, with its own VoloScore and attributions.
- Updated Percentiles - Percentile calculations for biomarkers and model scores have been refined, which may slightly change reported percentiles.
- Volo Modeled Ranges Updates - VMR returned in
predictor_statisticsis now based on sex and age, where previously it was just based on sex. If age is not included or passed as null, it will still return sex-based VMRs.
Reference Data Updates
- Removed the LOINC code for free testosterone, as this biomarker is no longer used in the model.
