Initial version of the API allowing for consumers to generate Volo Scores, Risk Ratios, Disease Ages, Disease Attribution and more. Below is a full list of endpoints:
- Batch scoring - point in time scoring for multiple users in one batch
- Time series scoring - time series data for a single user to generate scores
- Health report generation - generating a PDF report based on time series data for a user
- PDF lab data extraction - extracting lab result data from a PDF
- Reference data - supporting reference data for scoring that includes details of the biomarkers / predictors used for scoring, biomarker / predictor statistics and top disease predictors.
